Shipping & Delivery

Most of our musical products are downloads, but for physical objects the following rules apply:

Current shipping rates = $2 per item inside the United States, $3 per item outside the United States. A handling charge of $1 per item will be applied. If the shipping costs for a specific order are higher (or lower) than this, we will notify you before we ship to give you the chance to cancel your order if need be. All shipments will go through the United States Postal Service.

• For unarchiving .zip files on a Windows-based machine, we are currently recommending 7-zip. Download 7-zip, open it up, and choose "Extract"

Returns & Replacements

 

Regarding physical object products:

 

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.

 

All  items should be returned in their original product packaging.

 

We reserve the right to deny a full refund if returned items are not in new, unopened condition.

 

 

If there is an issue with a downloadable product, please contact Customer Support by email or telephone and we will do our best to make it right.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Cosmic Primitive currently accepts payment through PayPal, which should allow for most common payment methods.

If you are in possession of a download code or other discount device, please deploy same at the appropriate time.

Viewing Orders

 

To check the status of your order ... I dunno ... send an email and ask what the status of your order is!! Or you could try logging in and clicking on "My Orders". Contacting our Customer Support Department is also always an option.

Updating Account Information

To change your email, user name, or password, log-in to your account and visit your "My Account" dashboard by clicking on "My Account" ... from there you should be able to change any of your information (including your newsletter subscription status) by clicking on the appropriate green "edit" link positioned nearest to the information you wish to change.
